چکیده

Psoriasis is an immune system disorder induced by the interaction of polygenic background and environmental factors. Tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α)-induced protein 8-like 2 (TNFAIP8L2, TIPE2), a regulator immunity, differentially expressed in tumors, inflammation, autoimmune diseases. However, to our knowledge, no study has evaluated TIPE2 expression patients with psoriasis vulgaris. The present case-control aimed determine levels mRNA peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs) vulgaris analyze correlation between other inflammatory cytokine variations pathogenesis Thirty-three thirty-one healthy volunteers were enrolled from October 2021 March 2022. TIPE2, RELA (NF-κb p65), TNF-α, IL-10, IL-6, IL-1β PBMCs determined using qPCR. severity was according Area Severity Index (PASI) scores. significantly decreased, while RELA, increased compared that control group. In addition, positively correlated PASI score. negatively IL-6 TNF-α. Moreover, higher active stage than stationary stage. Notably, TNF-α combined history respiratory infection. may contribute be potential biomarker

TIPE2 expression is increased in peripheral blood mononuclear cells from patients with rheumatoid arthritis

We investigated the changes in mRNA and protein expression of tumor necrosis factor-α-induced protein 8-like 2 (TIPE2) and PEST-containing nuclear protein (PCNP) in peripheral blood lymphocytes from 54 patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA) and the spleens of model mice with collagen-induced arthritis (CIA) to generate new ideas for clinical diagnosis and treatment. Expression levels of both T...

Toll Like Receptor 2 and 4 Expression in Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells of Multiple Sclerosis Patients

Background: Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a T cell mediated autoimmune disease with unknown etiology. Appropriate MS therapeutic strategies need thorough understanding of both disease etiology and pathogenesis mechanisms. Ligation of TLR-2 and TLR-4 stimulates the production of several cytokines leading to CNS autoimmunity and neurodegenerative diseases. Objective: To find a relationship between M...

Negative Regulation of Semaphorin-3A Expression in Peripheral Blood Mononuclear Cells Using MicroRNA-497-5p

Background: Semaphorin-3A (Sema3A), as a secreted semaphorin, is an immune modulator molecule participating in the pathogenesis of autoimmune diseases. MicroRNAs (miRNAs) modulate the target-gene expression at the post-transcriptional level. It has been proposed that miRNAs may be crucial to the modulation of the function of semaphorins. Previous findings have proven that miR-497-5p is upregula...
